payment / charge
The sitting fee is charged at the time of booking by ec card, debit or bank: Stephan Daniel Photography. Sitting fees are non-refundable but can be transfered to an alternate date provided you give us a min. 24 hrs. Notice only by phone - not email!

briefing for your shooting
When you come for your studio sitting please feel free to bring with you a variety of outfits for different looks. Or, for example, for yourself any musical instruments if you are a musical person or anything that's important in your life. If your shoot is for partner photographs please make sure colours don't clash - its a good idea to have similar colours for some shots. Jeans and white tops work well but do bring along some tops which are also colourful. Please by carful with checkered materials. Sittings can last from 15 mins to 1 or 3 hours and more.

equipment
We use digital cameras which produce large digital files (RAW). These can be delivered only as PSD files, Tiffs or Jpegs. Delivering as RAW file is also possible for professional clients.

timing
After a shoot, if you have requested the web presentation it will normally be available within one week. CD's will be posted for extra fee and will arrive plus 1/2 workingdays. These times are approximate and will depend on the complexity of the shoot and number of photographs taken. Any photographic assignment will be considered. As a professional
photographer, if we feel that it is outside of our field he will happily help you to find the correct photographic resource for your project.
